非洲"黄花胶筒"简介
非洲"黄花"胶筒,本名叫鸭泡胶、花胶筒、胶片筒,市面上经常称之为“黄花胶”,外行人很容易将此胶和黄花鱼/金钱鳌的“黄花胶”混淆。
鸭泡胶,因其鱼鳔未剖开时的形状而得名。非洲花胶筒虽然营养、滋补功效、口感都不及真正的”黄花胶“(正货大黄花胶上万美金起跳),但由于产量高,价格适中而受大众欢迎,它在市面上一些鱼胶店、滋补品店、药店和酒楼等随处可见。
事实上,这种大花胶来自来自非洲的一种淡水鲈,叫尼罗河鲈鱼,学名“尼罗尖吻鲈”(Lates. niloticus),属鲈形目尖嘴鲈科。
这种鲈鱼体型巨大,最长可以长大到2米长,数百公斤重,市面上看到的鲈鱼和他相比,简直是猴子和大象的区别。
