南 美 蝴 蝶 胶
目前北美地区的主流花胶为蝴蝶胶,采自北美洲沿海的巨型石斑魚的魚鰾风干制成,一副鱼肚对半剖开后可以获得两片蝴蝶胶,因胶体厚实透亮,型似蝴蝶而得名。蝴蝶胶当中,以墨西哥和委内瑞拉地区所产渔获质量最佳。要获得一对5-6頭的蝴蝶膠,需要15年以上鱼龄的石斑鱼。因美国,墨西哥以及拉美各国政府对野生硬骨鱼类的保护,目前5-10头每磅的大号蝴蝶胶数量日漸稀少,日益珍貴。
蝴蝶胶味甘、性平,入肾、肝经,具有补肾益精,滋养筋脉、止血、散瘀、消肿之功效;主治产后风痉、血崩、创伤出血,能显著改善产妇性贫血。 所以蝴蝶胶最适合产孕妇人群服用。因近年捕捞过量,目前野生巨型石斑鱼数量剧减,导致蝴蝶胶价格年年攀升。
陈 胶 vs 新 胶
